The design and animation of a set of icons used in the Volkskrant (and De Morgen, Parool, Trouw, Humo) webpage, mobile and tablet app.

A subtle icon animation was added to the app’s menu navigation icons .

The animations are created using After effects and implemented making use of Airbnb’s lottie plugin.
